Researchers at the Center for Complex Systems Studies conduct different studies in two main areas:
Computational Neuropharmacology
Using the tools of computational neuroscience new methods are being developed in neuro-pharmacology to aid drug screening and discovery. We are interested in computational approach to neurological and psychiatric diseases based on the concept of dynamical diseases. A recent project is Computational Approach to the Schizophrenia.
Social Dynamics
Taking advantage of modern analytical and numerical techniques, complex systems theory and the concept of dynamical systems, different aspects of social systems are studied.
